birth doula package:

• Free consultation: get-to-know-each-other phone call, find out if we’re a good fit

•1-2 prenatal visits: create birth preferences and early labor plan, address concerns or fears about pregnancy, birth or postpartum, laboring techniques, attend a care provider appointment with you if desired, find out together what your dream birth looks like

• 24 hr. phone, text, email support during late pregnancy, early labor and early postpartum 

• 24 hr. in person labor support beginning in active labor through 1-2 hours postpartum, advocacy for birthing person and their choices, comfort measures & labor techniques, lactation support if needed 

•1 postpartum home visit to check in on birthing person’s recovery, infant feeding, sleep & soothing; help process birth if desired

sibling doula package:

On-call older sibling care during the birth of your new baby. In home childcare while parents are away at birth center or hospital or in home sibling care during a home birth.

• Free consultation: get-to-know-each-other phone interview

• 4 hours of prenatal and/or postpartum childcare divided as you choose. Intended to help children get comfortable with me and/or to give you childcare support after the birth of your baby

• 24/7 on call availability from 38-42 weeks for up to 18 hours of childcare during your labor, birth and immediate postpartum 

*additional hours of birth childcare can be purchased at $40/hr.

*option to pay $500 deposit which covers your doula’s on-call availability, 4 hours of prenatal and/or postpartum childcare, then hourly for birth childcare at $40/hr.

Service area includes: Geyserville, Healdsburg, Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Forestville, Bodega, Occidental, Sebastopol, Petaluma, Cotati and everywhere in between. Some locations may be subject to an additional mileage charge.

I believe every person who wants a doula should have access to a doula. If cost is a barrier for you please contact me and I will work with you to develop a payment plan that feels good for us.
